Cancellation Policy

At DA Vyapar Booster, we strive to provide top-notch services to our clients. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your service agreement. Below is our cancellation policy outlining the terms and conditions related to service cancellations.

1. Service Cancellation by the Client

If you wish to cancel any service agreement with DA Vyapar Booster, you must provide written notice to our support team at least 7 days prior to the service start date or project deadline. Failure to provide timely notice may result in cancellation fees as outlined below.

2. Cancellation Fees

• Before Service Commencement: If you cancel at least 7 days before the scheduled service start date, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any deposits paid will be refunded.
• Within 7 Days of Service Start: Cancellations made within 7 days of the service start date will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost.
• After Service Start: Cancellations made after the service has commenced will be subject to a prorated refund based on the work completed, less a cancellation fee of 50% of the remaining balance.

3. Refunds

All refund requests will be processed within 14 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. In the event of cancellation after services have begun, the refund will be calculated based on the completed work and any applicable cancellation fees.

4. Service Cancellation by DA Vyapar Booster

DA Vyapar Booster reserves the right to cancel any service agreement in the event of:

• Non-payment or delayed payment by the client.
• Breach of terms and conditions outlined in our service agreement.
• Unforeseen circumstances that prevent us from delivering the agreed services.

In such cases, DA Vyapar Booster will provide written notice of cancellation, and any refunds will be subject to the terms outlined above.

5. Changes to the Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated on this page, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised policy.
